RETURN & REFUND POLICY

7-Day Return Policy

We have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be:

  • Unworn and unused

  • In its original condition

  • With all original tags attached

  • In its original packaging

  • Accompanied by proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation)

To initiate a return, please contact us at 1crclothingbrand@gmail.com within 7 days of receiving your order.

If your return request is approved, we will provide instructions on how and where to send the item. Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.


Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon delivery. If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, contact us immediately at 1crclothingbrand@gmail.com with photos of the issue. We will review the case and arrange a suitable solution.


Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns for:

  • Customized or personalized products

  • Gift cards

  • Clearance or sale items

  • Products that have been worn, washed, damaged, or altered after delivery


Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different size or product, please return the eligible item and place a new order separately.


Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
